Random dark hairs

I have a 8 month old female fawn pup. She has just started to grow sporatic black hairs that are longer than the others. What causes this?

I'm not sure, but Lily has longer white hairs in her flash. Longer fawn hairs in her brindle parts. Maybe it's like those random long hairs that appear in our eyebrows? LOL Just another freak of nature that makes us go "Hmmm..."

Zebedee has longer black hairs too in places, very odd.

my red girl has them too. I was told it was because her mother was brindle but i dont know if this is true.

My Daisy Girl has them too. I want to pluck the but I don't because my husband thinks they are like wiskers on a cat?

Probably, so I won't, but she is growing quite a few. Guess she just be like an old lady with a hairy face. She pretty anyway.

Millie has them also. Not sure why, but they really don't bother me. I had always wondered if it was normal. My fawn male does not have them, but he is also very flashy. Millie doesn't have much of a flash. I was always curious if someone with a trained eye would actually call her "brindle" even though you can't see those hairs from a distance.
