Aasha will be turning one next week and I was wondering, as this is my first dog, if he will need to go to the vet for a checkup. Does he need a checkup kinda like how humans get a physical exam every year?
YES dogs do need yearly checkups not only for annual requirements like rabies vaccinations, but more importantly for preventative health and maintenace.
I was aware about the yearly vaccinations. But he is not due for those until April. So I was wondering if I should take him this month because he is turning a year for a yearly checkup or should I wait until he gets his shots in April?
