My boxer diesel scratches himself all the time. He is always itching his hears to the point that they bleed. We have been to the vet and they gave him ear cleaner which we use almost everyday. He also itches himself raw under his arms. It seems almost like a habbit because he is always doing it. Can anyone relate?? Thanks! :)

It certainly sounds like it could be allergies. What do you feed?

Brady dug at his ears like this all the time too. I asked about a yeast infection and the vet told me it wasn't one and to just give him benadryl everyday  When he went in to get neutered, I asked them too look again and sure enough, I was right. He hasn't dug at his ears since being treated for the yeast.
Since Diesel scratches his 'armpits' I would bet that it is allergies. Does he ever scratch or chew on his feet? Sounds like you should try a different food.

Payton will do the same thing if he eats anything with corn in it-
since he's been "corn-free" his ears have been great. (I can always tell if he's eaten something he's not supposed to- his ears immediately get red and irritated)
I would check the list of ingredients on Diesels food. Sounds like a definate allergy to me, and time to switch foods.
