question about moving w/ 2 boxers

I am getting ready to move to miami with my babies. My boyfriend and I currently live together and have been for 4 years. He's not sure that miami is the place for him and I want to be closer to my family and go to school. I want to take the dogs with me, but he wants to keep our female, jasmine. jasmine does adore him, I must admit. She follows him everywhere he goes and even if she's laying down her eyes are glued on him no matter what. Then there's Oscar, who's my baby boy. I'd like to think that he can't live without me, I certainly couldn't live without him. My question is, would it be best to seperate the two and have them each go with their favorite person? or do I take them both? Jasmine is a puppy and looks up tp oscar a lot. While she stares at BF she's curled into Oscar and stands over him constantly. I am happy to take them both, I would prefer it that way, so I argue to my bf that they shouldn't be split apart. What do you guys think? any advice is welcome. Thanks!!

I don't think they should be separated ....you probably don't want to hear it-but the best for them would be together in a familiar location. A move is going to be stressful in itself but a move in combination with a separation is a double whammy.

You don't realize how much they love each other until they are seperated. I would definately keep them both together. It's going to be stressful enough without losing their best friend too.

My personal opinion is to take them both with you!

Jasmine may adore your BF but you are her Mommy and Oscar is her Brother and she belongs with you and Oscar.
