Question about getting dog

I just adopted a dog from our local pound and my agreement with them states that I must have her fixed in 30 days.... So my I was wondering if I have to keep her dry after the operation ?

Yes, predominantly. A little water, like if it is raining when she goes out to potty, isn't likely to hurt her and you can dry her off gently if she does get wet. But you'd need to keep the area around the incision clean and dry, so obviously things like baths and swimming are to be avoided.
Your vet should give you an after-surgery care sheet to guide you through the days following her spay
