Question about fixing Marley(14week male)

I have been asked by someone if Marley could mate with their fawn boxer pup she is 6 months. My question to u is, is it ok to let him father a liter of pups before we fix him? If so, what age can I let Marley become father? This is my last question I promise,what age is it safe till to get Marley fixed?

Father of Marley: 14 weeks, brindel docked and flopped
also Father to Face:female gray tabby kitten 9 months.
