Puppy Is Breathing Heavily/heart Is Beating Fast/she's Trying To Puke Something But

it just wont come up. The only things I've fed her today, besides her regular food, was a couple of carrots and an apple. Also, before this started happening she had a "doggy chip" treat, which my dad got her for christmas.

I'm so worried. What should i do? Wait it out so she pukes it up or take her to emrg?

Take her to the emergency vet.

She sounds very much in distress, which means it's not just an upset tummy. Really, it's not worth the risk that it's something serious or life threatening. Best to get her to a vet as quickly as possible.
