Puppy has 2 sets of testicals

While my puppy (6 mo Old) was playing on his back this weekend, I noticed a bulge in the middle of his penis that looked almost like a 2nd set of testicals. As soon as he calmed down, it went away. Then again today when I got home, I noticed the same thing. Once again, when he calmed down, it went away.

The 'bulge' is accompanied by a slight erection. We're calling the vet in the moring but I was wondering if anyone might be able to give me some info sooner.

It's a normal thing=) That part of the male's penis swells while breeding a female and thus creates the "tie" that enables conception (in successful cases). The dogs stay "tied" until the swelling goes down again. I'm not sure of the techincal name for it but it's normal.
