At that age I would suggest a puppy class or beginning obedience classes. The puppy class will give the dog puppies to play with, socialize and learn. They are good things for puppies.
Secondly, I'd advise staying away from dog parks until (i) the pup has had his rabies vaccinations and (ii) until you are SURE that the dog has FULLY MASTERED the recall. If you get your dog in an off-leash scenario and he isn't well trained at recall, you are going to have one heck of a time and you'll hate it. And it could very well be a serious danger to your puppy if you can't control him in situations such as this.
Take your time, get the dog ready step by step and in a year you'll be able to take the dog anywhere you want and have proper control and a welll behaved dog.
