My fiance and I have talked with a cupple who breeds boxers and we were planning on purchasing one of their male fawns today. But, last night he came down with a fever and had diarrhea. The breeder took him to the vet this morning and the vet said he could find no cause. The fever has since broken, and the breeder has requested that they keep the puppy for the weekend to make sure everything is alright.
It all seems like a small issue that should be resolved very quickly with no further consequences. However, I was wondering if anyone here has seen this or heard of this and has any advice. We are both still very excited about getting him. Thanks in advance.
