ReesesPieces
Boxer Pal
Hi all! My new baby Reese is so much fun, and yes a handful, but worth every moment! I have a few questions...
My first is that I want to know how to make sure my 8 week old puppy is getting enough exercise. I work from 9-5pm but I come home at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm to let her out of her crate, play with her, and give her some exercise. In the morning, I want to make sure she is tired when she gets in her crate at 9am when I leave for work. I let her run around and play with her toys with her...what else can I do? I know long walks are out of the question but are there any tiring games or activities I can do with her?
Also, by crating her this much, will she be excessively hyperactive as an adult? I know boxers naturally have high energy and I just want to make sure that I'm not contributing to any excessive spaziness!
She is also not a fan of treats right now unfortunately. I've tried little pieces of cheese, liver treats, kongs with a little peanut butter.. Any suggestions?
Sorry for all of the questions...new mom!
