puppy bumps

My 11 week puppy had several "bumps" appears on her head overnight. You can't see them, but they feel like human acne. They don't appear to bother her at all. She doesn't even notice when I touch them, but I'm a little concerned. Has anyone seen this before?

I have no personal experience with this, but I've seen lots of posts. Try doing a search on puppy acne. I seem to recall that people used Stridex pads with good results.
