pup keeps getting infections

Unfortunately when a pup that young gets one thing it can tax their system to fight other things and a domino effect can happen. As long as you keep up on all meds and clean up after Weston, I'm sure things will turn around. My first boxer had parvo and coccidia and made it thru. I know too many dogs that died from just the parvo, but my girl was a fighter.

hes already doing better now and i hope we are past the worst. thanks for the positive encouragment its hard when such a helpless lil puppy is sick

thanks hurleygirl! hes my first boxer and ive never felt like this before about a pup. he is such a blessing to have in our lifes.

I'm glad to hear he's doing better, too. I would just add as mom to an itchy boxer to be wary of vaccines - I'm sure as a puppy he needs some and others can chime in. I wouldn't let the vet give Weston a ton of shots at once. I'd space them out and then not revaccinate but test with titers. I'd also give him a very good diet and supplements to keep his immune system strong. That way you can at least try to avoid issues down the road. Good luck!

thanks for the info i will deff consider that in future. hes on a grain free diet and does take a supplement everyday. im hoping we are past all the sickness he is deff better each day and so happy i can tell
