We are happy things are going well & yes keep us posted. You might want to investigate why she got the hairball and what can be done to prevent it (like cats have that disgusting smelling stuff you give them to prevent hairballs - maybe oil will do).

So glad he found the problem, we had a little dog in surgery not to long ago that was throwing up and losing weight, the vet opened him up and there was a kumquat stuck in the intestine, it was so smelly but he was fine afterwards. It was about the size of a pecan. The doc kept asking the owners if he could have eaten anything and they kept saying no until they remembered he like to chew on those kumquats. It wasn't showing up on the x-rays.
So glad this post has a happy ending, he will be sore for a while but hopefully back to normal soon.
