PROPER WEIGHT FOR A 5-6 Mth Male

Just looking at Mack's puppy records.....
At 5 months he was 44.9 lbs. At 6 months - 51.5 lbs. But he's a moose, always has been. His Mom and Dad were on the small average size. I think someone slipped a Mastiff into his litter and no one noticed.
He has been as high as 90 lbs (too much) but we try to maintain at about 85 lbs - it's a constant battle with him.

Underweight

When we weighed OZZY today he weighed in at 33lbs. He will be 6 months on Sept 8th. We just got nervous b/c a good friend of our has a boxer thats 8 months old and OZZY is lik a midget next to him. We also met a couple that has a female that is three weeks younger then OZZY yet she seems alot bigger as well. I'll give OZZY one thing though. He definitely has a little bit of the Napoleon complex b/c he will take on any dog any size. In Petsmart last week he just about put a Great Pyrenees on its back.

jack at 6 months weighed 52#'s. today he is 2 weeks from being 2 yrs old and weighs 74#'s.

My little girl Kyrie is 5 months old and she weighed 41.2 lbs at the vet last week!!!

Wow

Well, my last post was when Casey was 8 mths, she will be 1 yr old on the 21st. I weighted her the other day. She is only 45 lbs. She is not a big boxer. But we are very happy with her size, i'm told she might even get bigger.
