Problems with Wellness Reformulation?

We have had problems with the new Wellness formula as well. And our local pet store reported similar concerns from other customers. I really like Wellness, and we have had great luck with the other formula for the past couple of years. Both of mine did very well on it. Since the change, they have not been eating all of the their meals and they both have had gas. We have tried it for a few weeks now, and Katy is starting to lose a little weight.

ON THE OTHER HAND, this could just be a coincidence and maybe they are just ready for something new. I don't want to say that its definately the Wellness. Our local store just started carrying Canidae recently, so we are giving that a shot. So far, they love the taste.

I've had trouble with the reformulation of Wellness. Two of the dogs, who had previously dog really well on it, started to have horrible gas. In addition to the gas, one dog started to lose her hair and the other had a bad reoccurance of yeast infections in his ears. One dog was on the senior mix, the other was on the chicken mix.

It seemed to subside after about a week, after I began to add the lamb mix to the other meals.
