Problem with Kacy

Hey Guys,

Today i notice a yellowish discharge after Kacey went to the bathroom, when she pee'd. Shes a 3month female. She doesnt seem that shes in pain. She has a vet appointment soon. I am just wondering if i have to bring her in earlier. Can it be a UTI?

If it does not smell and is kinda mucousy it could be puppy vaginitis which is normal and treats itself normally, i just took my 10 month old, Ati, to the vet yesterday concerning this and that is what he said! Good luck and just keep an eye on her.. if she shows any signs of fever or frequent urination or lethargy u should take her in!

Yes it is mucousy. And it smells like urine.

Is it a lot or just a "drip"? Just a little bit of discolored "drop" after urinating is common. I would watch it and if it seems to be more than a little discharge, if she seems in pain, or it smells weird, I would make a trip to the vet, But what you describe seems normal.
