Shelby used to do the same thing when I'd bring her to my mothers house. It would really upset my stepfather but I thought it was funny. To get her to stop peeing/pooping on the deck I simply walked down the stairs with her and onto the grass. After just a couple of weeks of doing this she got the idea. Now when I visit my parents I'm able to just open the door and she goes down to the grass to potty on her own.
