Potty area 'odor'

... as the weather is drying up and warming up I am noticing that the gravel area we use as the 'potty area' really stinks, mostly like urine. Any thoughts on something I could use to neutralize the odor that won't harm the yard (run-off) or her? Or would good old spraying down be the best bet? We are planning on putting more gravel down. I personally don't enjoy it but I also want to be a good neighbor and this spot is adjacent to our neighbors fence and they entertain alot outside, as do we. I'd appreciate any suggestions.

I would think diluting it with lots of water would help. Since it runs off in the yard add some dish washing detergent while hosing down to cut the smell.

Sprinkling baking soda works for dry times when you can't water.
We have one corner of the back yard that is poop central and it smells bad no matter what. I scoop every day too.

WHITE VINEGAR Kills the smell, environmentally safe, animal + Child safe, all natural, works by neutralizing the odor, and most importantly: CHEAP! :D

we use jays fluid diluted, its safe for pets and kills the smell so there isnt a trace left.
