I have a ten week old pup named Champ. He sleeps in his crate at night, I wake once in the middle of the night to let him wee and poo, but when I am going to be gone for more than two hours I put him in the kitchen with some toys. This seems to work the best as he has some room to play when he wants to.
He just developed a UTI as well... Your pup is so cute!

What a sweet baby. I agree with everyone else; do not leave her outside alone while you are gone. My daughter has a new fur baby and when she leaves for work she lets her out and then puts her in the kitchen with access to water and her toys. She also leaves a puppy pad on the floor and the puppy uses that if she needs to go potty. That is working well and some days she hasn't gone on it and other days she has used it. My daughter takes it up once she is home and her puppy goes outside with her other dogs when they go in and out.

That is the way she has potty trained all of her fur babies (4) and it has worked well.

Happy to hear that your baby no longer seems in discomfort. I have to agree with other posters. P l e a s e DON'T leave her outside alone while you are away. There are far too many things that could happen.

I agree. Good luck at puppy school.
