Kayla is a rescue that I just got about 3 weeks ago. I have had her to the vet twice now, once to have her anal glands drained and then again for a cold. Now I think she has a hemmorhoid. It is a small bump at the end of her anal track and it doesn't go back in all the way after she has gone to the bathroom. Sometimes, when she squeezes it back in, it bleeds a drop or two. I am not sure if it is a hemmorhoid or if it is something else. Any suggestions???

Is it swelling up and kind of red and angry looking? That sounds like one of the anal sacs may be impacted.
We've had this happen twice with Jazz and it flares up rather suddenly. The first time, the vet expressed it (it was already draining) and put her on antibiotics; the second time I treated her at home (held paper towels against it while it drained with the aid of some pressure against it), had her sit in the tub in warm water as long as I could keep her there, and the next day it looked a whole lot better. Within a couple of days you couldn't tell anything had been going on.
