Ah it's official. My little boo man is a teenager. Took him to the vet last night because he had licked a weird patch on his leg raw and he had some weird black ring around his nether region (which i thought was just a freckle spot). Anyway, because he had demodex the vet took a scraping (as an aside, konah was so good. He just kept licking dr. Scott's ear while he did the two scrapings). It came back as.....acne. My poor little Konah bear has acne on his "area". The vet said it's his age and we can use an antibacterial cleanser on him (with or without an exfoliant) every day or so on the areas. Poor guy.

Has anyone else encountered this? If so what did you use for a cleanser...i think the St.Ives i have might not be the best one....suggestions? (if this is in the wrong forum...sorry! )
