I would love to see a nation wide list of people that have been charged with abuse or neglect, or that has ever surrendered a family pet because of something like that available to the public. I think they should be listed or you should be able to search a database before a dog is sold, rescued or adopted out to them. Yes I too would like to give them a piece of my mind.

Wow, that's awful. How could you just throw your pet away at a time when he needs his family the most. Some people really need to have their heads examined. I hope he finds a home with a real family to love him and sees him as indespensible. (sp?)

You know if someone would do that to their skin kids they would be charged for child abuse. Should be the same for pets. My dogs are just as much my kids as my skin kids.

I just do not understand how people can get a dog and it never occurs to them that someday the dog will get sick, hurt, whatever and need (expensive!) medical care. I get that almost everyone struggles with $ from time to time, but please. . .
your dog should be like your kid: You worry about how you will pay the bill, not whether you will bother dealing with the problem. People really disappoint me sometimes.
Hope these babies find real families soon. . . don't you just wish you could rescue them all?

Please keep trying to find him a forever home. He's very cute and deserves a loving,caring forever home. I wish we were closer and were more equipped to have a second boxer. (we have crazy schedules and are still healing from losing Trudy in January) How people can cast off their pets like old shoes is way beyond me. We're praying for him to find his forever home soon. Please keeping posting about him.
