Hi just wanted to update at this point they did the test and determined Sampson has a herniated disc with compression. At this time they are doing surgery..waiting for a call back!! Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers they are working

I just wanted to let you all know Sampson did not make it through the surgery. They determind it was a mass on his spinal cord and if he would have lived he would have only had a month without radiaton. A year if we did radiation 2-3 times a week. With the vet and my husband we chose not to wake him up. this is such a void in our lives right now. Thanks again for all your support and prayers, wish you were here to give you all a hug. So please hug your boxer for us...thanks again

I am so sorry to hear that Sampson did not make it thru the surgery. It's so sad to read threads like yours..it weighs so heavy on my heart..and I am just so very sorry...I'm not sure how old Sampson was when he passed, but I'm sure he had a wonderful life with you & your family...plz find some comfort in knowing that you did all you could for him & that he lived a great life while he was here... :(

I am so sorry Sampson is gone. I just cought this thread and couldn't believe how quickly things happened. Sampson is now running free at the Bridge with all the BW babies who have gone before him. My thoughts and prayers are with you at the difficult time.
