Please help !

Im looking for some help im in a panic about a growth I found on rocco while giving him a bath. I was washing his backside and noticed a potruding growth on his testicles and it seems iritated. rocco is my first boxer he is one year old as of Jan 2011 and he came from a reputable breeder. I just put a call into the breeder but i thought this might also be the place to ask. I'm new to boxerworld and wish this wasnt my first post im just concerened about my buddy. Rocco shows no signs of anything different in his routine or mannerisms any advice would be appreciated

Any growth should be checked out by your vet. Good luck, I hope it isn't anything serious.

If it is irritated you can always put neospotin on it but try not to let him lick it. You should have any growth checked my a vet especially in boxers Let us know how it goes!!

I agree have your vet look at it. It could be a bite or something, especially if it is irritated. That is a bit of a sensitive spot. Is it on the scrotum? Or more under the skin in the testicles? Thor had a benign cyst on his scotum, it was there for a couple of years and never bothered him. Keep us posted as to what you find out.

It could just be chaffing from rubbing on the floor, ground, snow, or grass when he lies down or plays.
