Jakin's weight has pretty much stayed the same since he was a year old. Depending on the time of the year it will go up or down. You know summer and winter. He is weighing in now @ about 60 lbs. In the winter it will go up to about 65 lbs. But no more, i'm very strick on what he does and does not eat. He is a good looking boxer, and you can see his last two ribbs. Though i have had non-boxer people come up to me saying oh he's way to skiny. I'm like oh really and try to explain to them but it never works. I'll have to look back over Jakin's weight chart and see how much he weighed @ 4 months.
I do remember i got him @ 11 week and he weighed 19.2 lbs.
Hi-
Grace just turned 4 mos. on May 1 and she is a little over 20 lbs. Sometimes I worry that she is a little small for her age. I gues I would rather have her growing slowly than growing too fast and being a little porker!! I was feeding her like 4 cups a day but cut back cuz I think all it was doing was making her poop more! She's been to the vet regularly for her shots and they have not said anything bad about her size. She has been steadily putting on weight. As long as she is within the standard when she's mature is all I'm concerned about. I think there's a lot of boxers out there that are just too huge for the breed.
Toby weighed 13.5 lbs. at 14 weeks, and 18.6 at 18 weeks; so he gained 5 lbs. in 4 weeks, which seems pretty good. He still seems on the smaller side. His coat is beautiful, and he looks healthy, though.
Logan is 4 months old today. He is 17 inches tall and weighs 26 lbs. That's a two inch and 6lb. gain in the last two weeks. And he looks thin. Mom was tall and lean. Renee
