We took in a one year old female white boxer from a neighbor last month. Her name is Bella, she is a great girl who's old playmate did not like her and was putting her in danger. When we took her in she had a spot of mange on her paw about the size of a quarter that is almost gone now. She gets along great with my two year old boxer boy and is extremely patient with my two year old son who crawls all over her. if you are interested please contact me so we can talk over the phone. Hi Amyee - have you contacted a local boxer rescue about this dog? If not, I'd suggest that that is the most appropriate thing to do. If you can continue to foster the dog in the meantime, they can help you with finding and screening an appropriate home for her. www.boxermap.com is a good place to locate a rescue.

We provide this forum for people to ask advice, and to get in touch with boxer rescues. But it is not actually possible to contact other members or to adopt a dog directly through this site.

Thank you I have contacted a couple local rescue people. I'm due with baby # 3 in a few months and I havent been able to work with her like I did our first boxer so It would be nice to find a home ASAP. Thanks for your help.

have you placed her yet? I live in Tacoma also, and Logan is now alone. We had to put our collie down yesterday,so we might be interested. We wanted to rescue the second one.
