I am in need of some help in reducing the size of my pictures to up load, I was given an easy share camera for christmas and so far the only thing that has been easy was taking the snap shots !!!
I`ve figured out downloading, cropping, red eye, and how to print decent pictures, but what I really want to be able to do is show pictures of my babies, Max & Abby, and my new baby Xavier, at this rate he will be full grown by the time I figure this out on my own, and he`s just 9 weeks old now, lol....
Any Ideas would be appreciated, thanks.

Irfanview is a great free program for editing your pics. But the software that came with your camera will do it too. All you need to do is resize the pics - preferably to 640x480 pixels. Possibly you might need to reduce the resolution (quality) as well to bring the file size to 100kb or less. Most likely there is something in the instruction manual to help you along ;) But if you can't get it figured out, then do try irfanview (download at www.irfanview.com) - it's pretty good, and very easy to use.
