pictures of the kids

OKAY,I`ve tried to download an avatar from my digital photo library and every time I submit modifications it comes back saying the size of my photos is too large.Can anyone out there give me some advice on how to reduce the pixel count of my photos? Matt

You will need to resize it with a photo editor. I am not sure what the size requirments are but I believe that it tells you when you get the error message.. somthing like 7k or 21x21? I am not sure of the size.
