I've been told if the two males grow up together they should get along fine. I had a problem with a rescue I had and my intact male (he was show dog at the time, so he wasn't neutered then). The rescue was 4 years old when we brought him home and my intact male was 2 years old. The two got along for the most part but then one day all --- broke loose and they started to fight. They did not draw blood or have any injuries (thank goodness). But from that time on they couldn't be together. If they were, it was very tense. The dog language/tension could be cut with a knife!!!
At the same time we had the rescue I also had a nuetered male, spayed female and unspayed female (show dog as well). They all got along together except those two males. One had to be crated while the other male was with the rest of the "pack." On the same note the two females get along famously. They are now both spayed but the one wasn't for some time since she was being shown. They sleep together but they are both not dominant girls. The rescue died of lymphosarcoma. I still have the other four dogs (2 males and 2 females). They get along great, just have to watch them with toys and such but otherwise they are a peaceful pack. The two males are littermates. So I tend to agree with having them grow up together, they will get along. You are introducing a young puppy not an older dog like I did with the rescue.
Oh, one more thing, the one thing we don't allow in my house is humping. It is a dominance thing amoung dogs and I think that is just asking for trouble. The dog on the bottom might not like being dominated and react. So we have a no hump policy in this house

So far it has worked. The dogs need to know we are alpha!
Good luck with your decision!
