Pee's when a new person pets him!!!

My little guy is 5 months old and gets along great with everything and everyone. He is very social. My issue is that when someone new comes into the house/yard and reaches down to pet him he starts peeing. This is an issue in the house because of the soiling of carpet, etc. It isnt an excited pee but more of a scared one. The person can talk "happy" talk and he still does it. PLEASE HELP!!!

It is submissive urination. Ask your visitors not to lean over your puppy when they are patting him. They can crouch down instead. It would also be a good idea to greet you pup outside. They will get over it, but it will take awhile.
