Peeing in the house when playing

Teagan is very good about letting me know when she needs to go out except when she is playing! She never has accidents at night, but will stop in the middle of playtime and just wet where she stands. Any ideas about why she is doing this and how to get her to stop and ask to go out?I take her out in mid pee and she finishes outside but that doesn't seem to stop the problem. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Teagan is still very young, and if she's anything like my Boomer, when she's playing everything else in the world ceases to exist! So, hopefully, as she gets older, her "I need to pee" instinct will get better, also. But, in my case, Boomer is 20 months old, and every now and then, if he's playing very hard, like he was this weekend, he'll just stop in mid leap and pee. So, I think it gets better, but I think boxers are just so dedicated to whatever it is they're doing that everything else just falls to the wayside!
