Many years ago, a puppy came into my life named Booker T. I wanted to learn how to handle him at dog shows. So I started with AKC sanctioned puppy matches. A dear friend found these very old photos of Booker T's very first puppy match.

Though he is now:
Am/Int'l Ch Rosend's Booker T, SOM CGC TT

Back then he was just a 3-1/2 month old fawn bundle of love.

I actually laughed out loud at the picture Booker-T making his way around the ring, mouth wide open and tounge hanging out - he looks like he really was having a blast out there. Great Pictures! Awesome Dog!

Thank you, and YES. Booker T loved the ring from that very first time. I had no training on him other than leash training. And I had only had him in my home for about 2 weeks at that point. He was just such a natural. I don't think I truly appreciated him until I started training his first son, Rocky. Now that was a hard puppy to train!
