Hi there - I am new to the thread but have been reading for many years. Unfortunately my 9 1/2 year old Max passed away this last Monday. It was truly the most devastating thing that our family had to witness and we are so saddened to have lost our Max, he had a stroke and heart attack within minutes he was gone. He has been suffering with pancreatitis for months but he seemed to have been doing so much better, he was on his prescription dog food but it just happened. We are having a hard time dealing with it, everything in our house reminds us of him. We miss him so much don't know how to deal.

I am so sorry for your loss. I understand how devastating it can be. My boxer, Moto died very suddenly in November and he had only just turned five. I believe he had a heart attack too. :(

Max is now running pain free at the Rainbow Bridge. You have to believe that you will meet him again someday. The pain will eventually ease, but the happy memories will remain.

God Speed Max!

I'm very sorry for your loss. :( I hope that your pain and sadness will soon be replaced by your happy memories of the good times you had with Max.

We, too, are very sorry for your loss. I hope you can find some comfort in knowing what a good life you gave him, surrounded by so much love. Lean on each other in this very tough time, and just know that it will get better with each passing day. Again...I'm so sorry for you.

Hugs and kisses from our family to yours,
Jenn

I am so sorry for your loss. I hope the memories soon bring smiles instead of tears. I lost my first boxer suddenly and it is just a shock. It is hurts, but things get better with time.
