Boxer Insane
I got the sad news today that my parents' beloved boxer Taylor went to the bridge this morning. He lived a wonderful 12 1/2 years, but has been dealing with a brain tumor for the last few months. I'm thankful that my parents were with him when he passed - I know that meant a lot to them. I'm just heartbroken. He was truly a member of our family and the sweetest old boy you'd ever meet. I'm heading home for Thanksgiving this afternoon and had so hoped I would see him one last time, but I guess he just couldn't hang on any longer.
Taylor is featured in my picture gallery in the "Sharing a Bed" photo. He's the older guy in front having a nap with my boy Dallas.
Run free and strong, dear friend, and go find your sisters Sally and Maggie. I know they want to meet you. We will never forget you.
