I am so sorry to hear about your babies illness, and wish you all the strength in the world right now. saying goodbye is the hardest thing, but when it is time they let us know.....and you have to believe in your decision to let go when that time comes. this is where i found so much support and help when we lost our peanut in february. everyone here knows just how tough this is. soend lots of time with your baby now, and cherish every moment that we often take for granted. you are in my heart, thoughts and prayers. we too have a son, 2 1/2 years old, and he still asks for peanut, and he even says (because he has heard me say it) "peanut is in my heart" and he looks at his chest and says in a silly voice, "Peanut come out......" be with your family now.....

I'm so sorry to hear that your baby is sick. I just had to help my baby to the Bridge 2 weeks ago today, and as difficult as it was, I knew that I was doing the right thing for her. She is no longer in pain from her cancer, and she is full of life, running free and playing with her friends. Your baby, too, will be free to run without pain. Know that all of our babies who have gone before us will greet him at the Bridge with lots of wiggles and sloppy Boxer kisses. You are not alone in this journey. Give him lots of hugs, kisses, and squeezes. Enjoy your moments together and all the wonderful memories you have had over the past 13 years. They will bring you great comfort.

I'm so sorry. I am going thru the same thing with my 12yr old. It's just awful. I am trying to find comfort in all the great years we have had togeather and knowing that I will do right by him when the time comes and its approaching fast.
