opinion on rottie name

we're getting ready to recieve our new male rottwieler. he will be 8 wks old, our lucky 6 mnths is also excited.

We searched through a million names and finally came up with RANGO, what do you think. We woud also appreciate any suggestions. The name we are looking for is a strong male name. thanks

I used to have a Rottie

A long time ago I used to have a giant rottie and his name was Moe Joe it means good luck, I think.
He used to do the OoOO oOOOooO thing and it sounded like Raul ( Raool ) so we also called him Raul.

I like it, it's a unique name. Titan's dad's name was Ringo which is similar. Good luck with the new pup.

I like that name, I've never heard it We have a Rottie, her name is Emily. She was a rescue so we had no idea what her original name was. I said Emily & she cocked her head to the side, so she pretty much picked her own name

I like Rango, it's unique. My neighbor's son has a rottie named Bach, I think that's pretty cool, too. Congratulations on your new baby!

My in-laws have a rottie named Titan. It is a strong name and by looking at him (he's huge) 140 lbs and I can rest my arm on his head while his is standing. By looks these dogs need a strong name I agree with that but by nature Titan is the heaviest lap dog I have ever encountered. He is the biggest suck they truely are yet another wonderful breed

I like Rango--it is different. I used to have a rottie and his name was Oden. Congrats on the new baby!!
