Hi all you Boxers!

It's Max saying hope you are enjoying the summer weather and having a grrrreat weekend! All I can bark right now is that I am completey bummed. See, my Cuzin went on a trip, and my Mommy was nice enough to volinteer to watch her "Babies" Bear and Duke. Well, Bear and Duke are GIANT Newfies who chew and destroy anything that is chewable and destroyable. In fact, I think they like sneakers almost as much as me! Well, Friday Mommy and I went to the dogpark to meet up with Cuzin and to see Bear and Duke. Mommy came downstairs that morning and had on some delicious new nike sneakers. She wouldn't even let me have a taste of them! At the dogpark, Bear and Duke spotted the sneakers and went crazy. Mommy even let them have a slobbery bite!!! As we were leaving, they barked to me "MMMmmm, we cant WAIT to have your Mommy dogsit us!!! We'll chew up those yummy new nikes REAL GOOD for her ha ha ha ggrrrrrrrr!!!!! So I tried to warn her, but she just won't listen. This morning I got up, but she had already left for Cuzin's house, and her delicious new nikes were nowhere to be found. What torture!!!!!!! I bet Bear and Duke are eating them up right now!!!!! Oh what torture!!! Any of you Boxers out there think my Mommy would let the Newfies chew her new nikes???? She wouldn't would she??? I hope she doesn't :(

Thor here. You know your Mommy would give you the nikes first. Let me tell you what my mom did. She has told me to stop gettting into all the tasty stuff under the bird feeder. But it's so good, I would still try to sneak in there when she wasn't watching, and believe me she watches! Well, last week she went upstairs and got this stuff she uses after brushing her teeth called Listerine. Then she put it in a spray bottle and sprayed all the seeds. Boy did they taste nasty after that! Be glad your mommy hasn't done that to her nikes! Yuck!

Max, I think you should end your obsession with the Nikes and broaden your horizon: There are many other tasty shoe brands out there! So go ahead and look for another pair! I'm sure your mommie must have left some out for you somewhere!

Hey everyone!!

I'm not much of a shoe chewer, which I'm sure makes mom (and esp dad) happy, and we don't have a bird feeder (hmph!!), but you know what's awesome?? The wood railing on the deck! Great stuff and helps keep doggie teeth nice and clean! Of course this does not make mom happy. She has to keep an eye on me now when I go on the deck, but I try and sneek a chew when I get a chance!

I bet your mom hid the new nikes (mean Mom!) so that you couldn't chew them. NO way would she let some newfies chew them up instead of you....even if they are your cousins.

My favorite thing to do with shoes is prance around the house until I get mom or dad to chase me. Then I growl and act all ferocious....until they start laughing and I drop the shoe. : : It's a good way to get out your shoe fetish without actually destroying them. Then you can play with them over and over again :p

Hey guys..It's Harvey and Sabel here. Let us tell you where the best place is to score some really cool shoes. You see..my moms have this big hole in the ground that's filled with water. Before people go into the water, they take off their flip flops or sandals and just leave them there on the ground. They must WANT us to take them, right? When we grab one...everyone yells and it's so funny!! We just like to stop and stare at them with the shoe in our mouth. They always end up laughing at us! Now they've started putting their shoes on tables and chairs. HA! Nice try mom's! We're not chihuahuas, you know. Here's a good tip also...Don't give the shoe back until they bring a treat to barter with. A trade is a trade...and fair is fair!

Hi Boxer Pals.....

This is Koda and you know what drives my dad super nuts? Harley thinks its fun to try and find things under the grass. She's told me that she thinks there is buried treasures of bones in various spots in the yard and she will find the jackpot one of these days. Mom or dad wouldn't let her outside by herself for awhile. But dad thinks he is one step ahead of her and put this stuff called chicken wire down in the holes and she doesn't like it. But little does dad know that Harley will soon find some other places she thinks buried treasures are.

oh oh oh...you know what else is super fun to play tug-a-war with?? Mom has these wonderful things call Victoria Secret bras and wow are they a blast to play with. We can't understand why mom gets really red in the face when she sees us playing with them. She yells at us and says something like, that is not a $50 play toy. I don't know what the $50 means but whatever it is I like it!!! She has even tried to hid them from us in the laundry basket or up on her dresser, but we are smarter and always manage to find one. She has gotten tricky though because we haven't been able to find any for the last couple months, and believe me I am always in her closet sniffing for one!!!!

Hey boxer buds.......

Dom here, and I am not one for chewing on Nikes, but I tell ya what I do Like.........Mom's Blackberry!! Its so yummy! Daddy left it on the coffee table one day and then went upstairs for like 20 min, and left me all by myself. This little black thing that I see mommy playing with all the time was just sitting there, so I just HAD to chew it!!! and I chewed it up big time, hehehehe. Then Daddy came back and got really mad, I don't get it, I was just playing!! But thats ok, I still love him, especially cause he bought me a new one the next week! Now I just have to find out where he hides it.

Hi all it's Aniah....Max I don't think your mommy would let the Newfies have her Nikes. Moms seem to be really attached to their shoes and they don't want ANYONE to have any fun at all :rolleyes: . My mom has these great shoes that have sticks on the bottoms of them. She used to leave her shoes on the floor and I had the best time with them...I mean HELLO there are sticks on these shoes, what do you expect . Now she puts them all in this little room with a door on it....I really hate those door things. She tells me that she has dog-proofed her shoes.....I'm not sure what that means but I think it means that I can't have anymore fun :mad: .
Oh and keep quiet about that Lister....something or other. We have all these hoppy fuzzy things in the yard....and they leave the most delicious piles of treats everywhere.....I sure hope mommy doesn't ruin them by spraying anything on them.....so SSSHHHHH.
I don't know why these Mommies and Daddies want us to be Good Doggies all the time....it is just so much more fun to be bad . Happy hunting all...they can't "Dog-proof" everything.

Don't anyone tell my mom about Lissterine. That sounds evil. I bet cats invented it. Cats make everything evil. And then you can't even chase them.:(

I am eating mom's computer now so she won't see about the evil Listerine but if you really want some good shoes come to my house cause I can always get to my mom's stuff even when she tries to hide it cause I'm smart like that.
