Does anyone else have a boxer who is obsessed with removing your socks? Dutch loves to take my socks off of my feet, he doesn't chew them up or even play with them he just gets a kick out of taking them off... I think its strange does anyone else have a boxer who does this? or is mine a weirdo?

Sherlock did that when he was a puppy. He grew out of it. Fender has now gotten the obsession but she removes them, runs off with them, and destroys them if I don't go get them from her.

Ronin loves socks! He'll pull them off your feet and take off with them like they're a trophy. You also can't take your socks off and leave them laying on the floor - he'll steal them :rolleyes: He doesn't really destroy them, he just holds them between his front paws stretches them out

haha i made the mistake of when i first brought charlie home i made a quick dog toy. i used a bunch of old socks.... oops . now he loves the darn things. when my daughter leaves them on the floor they usually dont last that long

Ty is obsessed with DH's feet/socks, but nobody else. He will tug to get his socks off and run off with them, so I have to chase him down to retrieve them, then he goes over and licks DH's feet-ooooh, it's so gross!! Silly boy that I have!

Think yourself lucky! Spud loves my bras! He recently decided to sit in my back garden with one of my very unattractive sports bras hanging out of his mouth...much to the amusement of my neighbours' teenage son (and friends! :o )

OH NO! NOT THE UGLY UNDERWEAR SYNDROME!:eek: Dutch has a talent for finding my ugliest and oldest most worn out under garments and stashing them about the house only to be displayed when company is over oh yeah I'm not alone. I thought I was the only one with a dog that enjoyed humiliating me oh well(sigh,sogh) I love him anyway.

Jackson likes socks too but he only grabs the ones you aren't wearing. Guess he's afraid of smelling some stinky feet! He'll tear off with them and then come back for a game of tug of war. He always wins cause you have to let him have the sock or he'll shred it. Crazy dog........

Allie doesn't like socks, although she loves to lick feet. She does like to take off band-aids though. She hates it when we have one off. She's really gentle and tries to lick them off. Kinda weird!
