Ten weeks of age is still just a little baby and I'd be giving three or four meals a day, plus some sort of late night snack. With mine, the late night snack is usually some sort of puppy formula and cereal. That can be gradually condensed into two main meals, as the pup is able to eat more at a sitting, and lunch can become just a snack.
My youngest pup is six months now, and I don't feed lunch any more - so he's getting fed in the mornings, again around five in the evening, plus his late night snack (which is now sometimes leftover veges).
