Not really eating, advice needed

Hi guys just wondering if any of you can give me any suggestions as to what I can add to Shankleys food to encourage her to eat it. Some days she will eat all her food without any problems on others her breakfast will still be there at tea time. I've recently started picking up her food after 10 mins and only giving it her back at dinner time but as of yet this has not worked. Oh yeah I feed her Pedigree Advance complete for young dogs (not puppy) she is 7 months old

With my fosters not eating sometimes I put chicken broth or soup over their food. I have also used the left over grease from bacon and sprinkled it over their food. Sometimes a little bit of the human food on works wonders.
You could also try changing the brand of food maybe she just doesn't care for what you are feeding her.

Puppies, even at 7 months, are sometimes picky eaters. I know my Maggie is at times. When the weather is too hot, when she's too tired from playing in the park, or for whatever reason.

I too put soup broth in her kibble and she will then inhale her food. She loves soup broth in her kibble.

I wouldn't be too worried about her picky eating. She'll eat when she gets hungry, for sure. Keep up what you're doing and she'll eat soon enough. If she's throwing up and not eating, I'd suggest trip to the vet, however. If she is otherwise healthy and active, then don't worry about it. She'll eat when she's hungry.

I've had Rocky since he was about 7 months. I used to worry that he was a picky eater. I feed him dry food at about 5pm. He nibbles at it off and on. Depending on the amount of exercise and/or training, he finishes whatever is left the next day between 11am and 4pm. He gets fed fresh again at 5pm, and it starts over. He's healthy and energetic so I don't worry. Actually, I read somewhere that it's better for their stomachs when they don't 'wolf' it down all at once. Given his slow eating habits, I recently started feeding him using the Buster Cube. He loves it! It entertains and stimulates him, and I think he's actually eating more. What a great toy!

I feed Oscar Nutro and alternate dry/canned. He doesn't always eat all of his food either. I usually leave it for him 15-20 minutes. I think they're sometimes like us--just not quite that hungry. As long as he's healthy, gaining weight appropriately, energetic, etc, I don't worry about it too much. :D

My husband thinks I'm nuts and totally spoiling Fred, but when he won't eat, I sit on the floor with him and sort of hand feed him. I really don't think he likes to be by himself - as he is my "shadow". Just a thought.

I free fed all day and will add chicken bullion to it one a day they'll inhale the food and then I give them fresh dry for snacking all day on. but I use purina puppy for large breeds I tryed pedagree mine liked it but just didnt add that little bit of weight that they needed to look not too thin mine look good on purina puppy.

Raynie's eating slowed down a little at about five months. I started exploring additions to his daily diet. I feed him two cups of "Maximum Nutrition"(Wal-mart Premium Puppy Food with the same crude analysis and specs as most other Premiums I have looked at) mixed with a half pouch of moist beef & cheese flavored food(usually Purina Great Taste) three times a day. He doesn't even realize that he is eating more than before because he loves the taste. I tried some table scraps, but I personally prefer to give him dog food.

When Nikki would get too picky I would crack an egg and mix it into her food. She loved that....Only bad thing, now she will not eat without the egg.
