Hello... My puppy is 9 weeks old. I am trying to feed her Purina puppy chow for large breeds. She doesn't want to eat and instead throws her bowl so all the food comes out of it. What can I do for this? Please help.

Well, it doesn't sound as though she's too keen on her food. I'd suggest that you try her on a better quality dog food - purina is pretty low quality stuff.

Here is a thread that lists some very good quality dog foods, and also explains the rationale for their choices. http://www.boxerworld.com/forums/search.php?searchid=155777
And another site with veterinary food ratings: http://www.animalark.eapps.com/animal/PetFoods.nsf

For baby pups it can also help to encourage them to eat if you moisten the kibble - but you need to be sure that the kibble isn't preserved with citric acid as moistening those foods increases the risk of bloat (a life-threatening condition) by 340%. Moistening other foods is fine.
