11/9 Boxer Bash at Beekman

Just wanted to make sure we are all in agreement. Beekman Dog Run (same as last time) I think its on 52 between 1st and the river. On Novemeber 9th at 12pm.

Hope everyone is doing well and Boaz is getting better.

Good news!

Hey guys! Well Daniel and Boaz and I just got back from a week at the beach in Provincetown, Mass and Boaz seems to be 100%! He was a crazy man and ran around all day, everyday. So basically 11/9 is a big GO for us:D

(This post is being written with a big "knock on wood" since Boaz hasn't seen the orthopedic specialist yet:rolleyes: )

Bentley and I will try to put in an appearance too - I have to take the GRE Subject Test in Literature that morning at 8am and it's a 3-hour test, so after being locked up all morning I'm sure B-dog will be excited to get out of there. I (on the other hand) might be too exhausted. Anyway, we should try to take a photo of all the dogs and see if Boxerworld will put it up as the big picture on their main page. This is assuming we can get a dozen boxers to sit still together for 10 seconds. Not sure it's ever been accomplished.

I am definitely looking fwd to getting some pics this time. I'll bring my friend's digital camera, which is really nice! And assuming I can figure out how to use it, I'll take a bunch and email them to BW. That's a great idea Noah! Can't wait...

Nothing has been set up for the next bash, but something could be scheduled in Jan/Feb if the interest is there. Obviously, dates would have to be tentative based on the weather.

I say throw out some dates and guage peoples interest.

I ready your posts often. I missed the last bash but would love to plan one for after the holidays. Maybe January. Any weekend in Jan would work for me. Dolly and I look forward to it.
