Boxer Pal
Hello Boxer World folks:
My name is Angelica and I am a proud new owner of two 7 week old boxer pups. They look like twins. Almost identical in color, stature and temperament. Believe it or not someone was about to abandon this adorable pair! Their loss is my gain. My 7000 square foot yard was missing one key ingredient to make it a happy place-a dog. Now it's twice as happy with its new inhabitants: Elvis and Presley
(A fiting name for this royal pair)
I am not only new to this forum but new to boxers in general. I have a Rottweiler (Debora) and had a Staffordshire Terrier (Senior) (RIP) {Debora currently resides at my mom's house. I didn't want to take her away from the only home she's ever known. So I have general knowledge about dogs that can be applied to all breeds. But now I can't get enough information on boxers!
So far Elvis and Presley are au naturale (meaning they are undocked and unclipped). I have decided that I like the soft floppy ear look better. So no ear clipping but I'd like to dock their tails. At this age it'd be an amputation which I really have to examine more. Would anyone out here in Boxer World know a reputable vet in the Long Beach, California area? (It's worth a shot asking).
As soon as I develop my film I will submit pictures of my Elvis and Presley for the Boxer World to enjoy.
