Blue just got his first rabies shot yesterday. The vet said that it was a new type that can go under the skin instead of in the muscle. Is anyone familiar with this. It supposed to be much better because they will no longer be lame for a few days after the shot
I've heard of sub-q rabies shots, but they're not exactly new (as in, they've been out for at least six years, when my first puppy had his first rabies shot). They could be new to your vet, though!
