Lori,
how adorable! Newfoundland seems so beautiful! I see one of your dogs has a long tail, the other does not. Is docking now banned?

Jennifer,

I can only wish ;) No, docking is still legal here in Newfoundland. Cropping ears is not done here so anyone who wants their dogs ears done sends them out of province. Rebelle ended up with a tail because the breeder I got her had turned against docking based on his experience with previous litters. I couldn't bear the thought of having her tail docked at a later age and I think it's adorable. A deadly weapon...but adorable anyway LOL :D We're showing Copper so his was done when he was 2 or 3 days old.
Either way, gotta love those babies

Cheers

Lori

Your babies are so adorable in their coats! I would love to see a snowfall like that someday. When I was a little girl we got quite a bit of snow (well...quite a bit for Florida!)one year, and occasionally we'll have a tiny bit, but I would love to spend a few days up north so that I could see a really big snow. However, I wouldn't want to stay too long as I don't like the cold!

Great to see a boxer w/ a tail. It's sad to say what rarity that is. I can't imagine what it looks like when you first see her when you come home.
