for some reason this picture never gets approved..so its on my website. If you go to my website its the 2nd last picture one the bottom called "cin in the garden" Its the best picture i think i have ever took of her. Theres also a pic of my GSD in her Halloween Costume

When I pulled up the picture of Cin in the garden on your website, the properties of it said the name of the picture is 2.jpg. Per the Uploading Pictures Rule, if a picture name starts with a number, it won't be approved:

Pictures with filenames like he'sjumping.jpg or brutus,max,bailey&co.jpg will not be approved. Same if the filename has only numbers or starts by a number: the script automatically adds your forum's ID in front of the filename so if you upload a photo named 123.jpg and your ID is 15 the filename would be 15123.jpg and that can confuse the script: it could be a photo named 23.jpg uploaded by a member whose ID is 151 or a photo named 3.jpg uploaded by a member whose ID is 1512 etc.

That could be why. Try renaming it and attempting to upload again.
