Hello, I am Clairity's mom. I too just brought home my 8 week old all white boxer. The breeder never had her outside. We live in Maine and are currently under alot of snow..I am also create training Clair. She is doing great at it for a puppy who has never been outside in the snow and cold. What I have been doing is leaving her in her create, when she wakes up I take her out to do her thing. When we get back inside I give her a treat and praise her ALOT. We have a 1/2 hour of play time, then she goes right back into her create until it is time for her to go again. Hope this helps a little bit for you.
