Hi everyone,
New boxer pup here in PA. We are also new to this beautiful breed since we had a wonderful Akita for the past 14 years. Our vet told us a boxer would be a great breed for us since we have 2 little girls. He said the boxer is just wonderful as a family pet and we like a larger dog.
Just wanted to say HI and I am so happy to have found this site so I can read all of these fine posts and learn even more>

Welcome from a State or two over (I'm in CT).

Boxers are great family dogs. They are natural babysitters and protectors! I too am partial to the larger dogs, not too keen on lap rats :)

Hope you enjoy the site and find lots of useful info on your new baby!
