Hello all!

Wow, what a nice site! Very informative, I'll have lots of fun learning about the breed here!

I'm not ready to get a Boxer just yet...I am just starting to research the breed and in a few years, after looking for the right breeder and dog, I'll probably add one in our family.

Let me tell you a little about my family. I have 3 kids. 2 boys, Austin and Cody. Austin is 8 and Cody is 3. I just had a beautiful daughter in October. Her name is Laci and is such a sweet little girl. My other girl is a Rottweiler! She is a huge part of our family. We love her dearly, and she is extremely intelligent. She'll be 19 months old tommorrow.

Welcome to Boxer World! We just joined ourselves this week, and already have been helped by many who either are going through the same things or have gone through them. Also let me add that your rottie Xena is beautiful! Rotties are great dogs! My wife and I had to put ours down in October due to an injury. Hardest decision we ever had to make. It still hurts us to think about our beloved Chyna. She would have been 4 in November. We were ready for another dog, but we couldn't handle having another rottie. It was too soon. we did our research and decided to get a boxer. We named our baby Asia, in honor of Chyna. We have not even had her for a week yet, but we are happy with her and look forward to many years with her. See you around!
